Job Title: HR & Office Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our client's team in Reading. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including reception and switchboard duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the office budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
