About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Blue Eskimo. As a key member of our L&D team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule learning events, including training workshops and digital learning initiatives
  • Liaise with employees across the business to support them in building skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to source the best L&D solutions
  • Work closely with the HR team to deliver learning administration requirements
  • Coordinate and deliver aspects of the induction program
  • Act as a first point of contact for learners
  • Track and report on key data for the L&D team
  • Administrate the Workday LMS
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure high-quality learning solutions are provided in a timely manner
  • Brilliant communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service
  • Ability to write clearly and translate business needs into informative learning experiences
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office packages, including Teams
  • L&D qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Learning and Development environment
  • Experience of managing and coordinating learning projects
  • Some knowledge or experience of designing and delivering learning solutions
  • Experience of administrating an LMS, ideally Workday or similar
