Concession Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at the Air Ambulance Service. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for managing the concession, ensuring all sales targets are achieved, and adhering to concession and The Air Ambulance Service policies and procedures.

• Ensure all shop sales targets are achieved in line with projected sales as given by Concession and The Air Ambulance Service.
• Adhere to Concession Set Price list for all items sold.
• Be an ambassador of The Air Ambulance Service and provide information to the Concession team as and when required.
• Adhere to Concession Head Office policies and Procedures.
• Ensure the storeroom is maintained and shop floor is fully stocked ready for each sale.
• Presentation and maintenance of high standards of shop merchandising and visual layout at all times.
• Complete all shop administration inclusive of cash handling, accurately and to deadline, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Adhere to all aspects of health and safety complying with legal regulations to provide a safe working environment for staff.
• Plan and organize daily workload, encouraging effective communication, setting objectives, and fostering a positive team spirit with colleagues.
• Provide cover for other shops as required by the Area Manager, in the case of management absences planned or emergency within reason.
• Assist the Area Manager in any tasks and responsibilities within the spirit of the position.
• Undertake any duties that may reasonably be requested by the line manager or Director or Senior Manager.
