About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of History to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the History curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their future careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the History curriculum, ensuring that it is aligned with national standards and meets the needs of our students.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the History curriculum, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
