Greenford High School is on the lookout for a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about mastering effective strategies to assist students with visual impairments, thereby removing barriers to their learning experience. The selected candidate will:

  • Work closely with a visually impaired student, serving as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for preparing and modifying educational resources to meet the student's needs.
  • Guide fellow Learning Support Assistants in providing effective support.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to helping students achieve their best outcomes. Essential skills include:

  • Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with young individuals, exhibiting patience and empathy.
  • Previous experience working with youth in educational settings.
