Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Senior Nurse for Complex Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with epilepsy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans

* Providing expert nursing care and advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

* Participating in research studies and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

* Significant post-registration experience in paediatric care, preferably in epilepsy

* Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
