Job Title: Forecast and Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced resource planner to join our team as a Forecast and Planning Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert forecasting, scheduling, and shrinkage management services to our contact centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict contact centre demand
  • Collaborate with scheduling teams to optimize resource allocation and minimize shrinkage
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in resource planning and forecasting within a contact centre environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, and shrinkage management tools and techniques
