About the Role:

As a Dialysis Senior Staff Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic, personalised care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding and inspiring your fellow nurses, ensuring seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide top-quality, individualised care to patients, ensuring safe haemodialysis treatment tailored to their needs.
  • Mentor and Lead: Help guide and inspire your fellow nurses, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth as you lead shifts.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, hospital trusts, and external organisations to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster positive relationships with patients, their families, and all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and supported.
  • Adhere to Best Practices: Stay on top of company policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices, helping to implement and review them to continually improve patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a passion for patient-centred care.
  • Renal Nursing experience is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
