About the Role:

As a Dialysis Senior Staff Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic, personalised care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding and inspiring your fellow nurses, ensuring seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide top-quality, individualised care that prioritises patient needs and ensures safe haemodialysis treatment.
  • Mentor and Lead: Help guide and inspire your team, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, hospital trusts, and external organisations to provide patient-centred care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster positive relationships with patients, their families, and stakeholders to ensure informed and supported care.
  • Adhere to Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices to continually improve patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a passion for patient-centred care.
  • Renal Nursing experience is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
