Job Title: Dialysis Staff Nurse

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dialysis Staff Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis in Mold.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on patient-centred care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualised care to patients with a strong focus on patient-centred care.
  • Mentor and support team members in delivering exceptional care.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
  • Adhere to and assist in implementing and reviewing company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient care.
  • Commit to evidence-based practice and contribute to evaluating and improving patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in renal nursing is preferred, though not essential.
