Referrals Manager

Knight Frank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Referrals Manager to join our ConneXions department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive referrals and business growth across our Commercial and Residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive referrals strategy to drive business growth and increase client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for referrals and develop targeted campaigns to drive results.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of referrals, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and key stakeholders on referrals performance and progress.
- Work closely with the Pitch Team and Client Care Team to identify opportunities for additional services and revenue streams.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance referrals skills and knowledge across the business.
- Manage and coordinate the ConneXions digital Cross Selling Tool kit, ensuring it is up-to-date and effective in driving referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proven track record of driving referrals and business growth in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
