ConneXions Programme Manager

Knight Frank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ConneXions Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ConneXions programme strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Residential and Commercial teams, to identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to enhance colleagues' knowledge and skills in referrals and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and analyse programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Pitch Team and Client Care Team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the ConneXions digital Cross Selling Tool kit, ensuring it is up-to-date and effective in supporting colleagues in their referrals efforts.
  • Communicate programme updates and successes to key stakeholders, including the Management Board and Internal Communications team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyse programme performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the property industry and a strong understanding of the Knight Frank business.
