About the Role: We are seeking a Home Assistance Professional to join our team at Tangram. As a Home Assistance Professional, you will be responsible for providing home-based support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviors
  • Valid NZ driver's license
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends
