Job Title: Assisted Living Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assisted Living Team Manager to join our team at Lark View Care Home.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our assisted living team, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our residents' needs are met.
  • Medication Management: Oversee the safe and effective management of medication, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential. We also welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants actively working towards their Level 3.
  • Medication Training: Practical Medication Administration with competencies is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, delegating tasks effectively while maintaining a supportive environment.
