Opportunity to Excel in Query Resolution

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Reconciliation Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Query Resolution team, you will be responsible for resolving Insurer Reconciliation Queries, ensuring timely and accurate settlements. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivots, will be essential in analyzing and resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Insurer Reconciliation Queries, taking them through to settlement or preparing for settlement.
  • Triage ad-hoc requests from insurers, ensuring the Query Management team is engaged in prioritizing queries in line with agreed deadlines and expectations.
  • Investigate root causes for queries to improve processes and prevent future queries.
  • Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
