About the Role

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Insurer Reconciliation IBA Executive to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a subject matter expert to take on a key role within the Insurance Broking Accounts department, handling Insurer Reconciliations and providing guidance and coaching to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities are completed for your area of responsibility.
  • Provide 'step-up' cover and assistance for the Manager when needed.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients/insurers on a regular basis, providing updates and building relationships.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IBA processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
About You
  • Proven experience within finance shared services, preferably within the Insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
