Hickory's Smokehouse Is Looking for a Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our People Team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from application to offer.
  • Drive attention to detail and ensure all information is correct.
  • Assist recruitment by coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and scheduling with restaurant managers and our operations team.
  • Proactive use of our ATS, with responsibility for advertising, refreshing and recruitment spend.
  • Responding to applications and queries as appropriate.
  • Creation of job adverts and campaigns on social media, job boards and local marketing.
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers in ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and the use of social media, job boards and other recruitment tools.
  • Be highly organized and able to work both proactively and reactively if priorities change.
  • Experienced with conducting both Video & Face to Face interviews as well as organizing "Open Day" events to maximize our candidate pool.
  • Commercial awareness and lateral thinking.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence.
