About the Role

As a Recruitment Advisor at Hickory's Smokehouse, you will be a key member of our People Team, responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in our hospitality industry. With a focus on Front of House management positions, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from application to offer.
  • Drive attention to detail and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and schedule with restaurant managers and our operations team.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for advertising, refreshing, and managing recruitment spend.
  • Respond to applications and queries in a timely manner.
  • Create engaging job adverts and campaigns on social media, job boards, and local marketing channels.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work proactively and reactively.
  • Experienced in conducting video and face-to-face interviews, as well as organizing open day events.
  • Commercial awareness and lateral thinking.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and empathy.
