Our team of professionals work with children presenting with various diagnoses, including Sensory Processing Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Speech and Language delay/disorders, attachment and trauma difficulties, global developmental delay, or neurological disorders.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will provide support to therapists in the provision and further development of high-quality therapeutic work. This role involves direct work with children and young people with Autism and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a range of therapy interventions under the guidance of relevant therapists, producing therapy resources as needed.
  • Support therapists in providing individualized therapy packages, including personal therapy, specific activity programs, and goal setting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Salary and Benefits
