The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Professional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Day Treatment Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the smooth running of our services.
• The practitioner will actively seek out learning opportunities and support junior members of the team and other learners.
• In the absence of senior staff, the practitioner will oversee the running of the department, promoting a positive standard of healthcare to patients, relatives, carers, and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner / NA
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Ability to interpret data and audit information
• IT skills
