Clinical Performance Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Clinical Performance Assistant Manager. This role requires strong GP IT proficiency and experience with searches to navigate various digital tools and monitor clinical performance.

The Clinical Performance Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all clinical services in compliance with national and local directives to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care and excellent patient experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Assistant Operations Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of areas at the practice, including long-term condition management, QOF, CQRS searches, and to keep accurate databases of such areas and monitor income streams.
  • Have HR, finance, IT, health and safety, and clinical governance responsibilities.

  • Experience of accounting procedures and cash flow forecasting

Qualifications
  • Literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to manage a small to medium-sized business
  • Educated to degree level in healthcare or business
  • Qualifications in Management/Practice Management, degree level qualifications
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Knowledge of Employment law
