We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our client's team in Malmesbury. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle bookings with confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle bookings over the phone and in person with confidence and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Provide support with administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly and genuine approach with standout people skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (Guestline experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional attitude and appearance, even under pressure.
