Care Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to lead our Care Team as a Senior Care Assistant Nights at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to achieve exceptional resident outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team in areas such as medication management, care planning, and resident reviews
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and dignity for each resident
What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
