About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of health and social care principles. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
