Job Description

The Recruitment Trainer will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering comprehensive inductions to new starters and supporting with onboarding for new recruits across the business
  • Designing and delivering training courses, including Introduction to Business Leadership coaching
  • Maintaining accurate learning records for employees
  • Internal recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Supporting with HR reporting and analysis
  • Reviewing and analysing calls to identify competent examples for the I-Learning Library
  • Providing 121 coaching and support to employees
  • Assisting employees with database and application usage
  • Assessing employee competencies and skills to determine Learning and Development needs
  • Coordinating and managing matrix review meetings and annual reviews for team members
  • Liaising with managers to understand team requirements for upskilling and training
  • Developing and updating training programmes, including e-learning and LMS content
  • Staying up-to-date with Learning and Development best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in sales or recruitment roles
  • Solid experience in delivering 121 coaching and training at all levels, including leadership
  • Ideal experience in fast-paced, high-volume target-driven environments
  • Strong competency in LMS maintenance and training, and digital learning

  • Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £39,000 plus benefits
  • Hybrid working arrangement with circa 1-2 days at home
  • Part-time working will be considered
