Content Manager Job Description

As a Content Manager at NES Fircroft, you will be responsible for driving our digital content strategy forward. This includes overseeing our blog, video, and podcast channels, and creating proactive and impactful communications that elevate our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content plans for each quarter, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
  • Create briefs for the content team to develop blogs, podcasts, and copy to support ongoing business growth and campaigns.
  • Provide writing and editing support to ensure top-notch content across all channels.
  • Manage the Content team, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and on brand.
  • Increase the number of inbound leads from content output and report on ROI, showing the impact of your work.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content development.
  • Strong experience in content creation and planning.
  • First-rate research and writing skills, able to handle both formal and informal communications in short and long form.
  • Experience with video and/or audio editing is preferred (Adobe Premiere / Audition).
