About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Team Manager to join our Audit team in Birmingham or London.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to foster a positive work environment for our Overseas Team Members (OTMs) by supporting them in their development, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and championing a culture of inclusion.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing support and challenge to OTMs to enable them to excel in their roles.
  • You will work closely with OTMs to understand their workload, pressures, wellbeing, and feedback.
  • You will proactively manage issues and escalate them where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
  • You will develop and maintain effective communication channels with OTMs and other key stakeholders.
  • You will champion an inclusive work culture where diversity is celebrated.
  • You will maintain appropriate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You will have experience of managing multiple people in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have experience of supporting, challenging, and coaching others to help them reach their full potential.
  • You will have experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders and managing difficult conversations.
  • You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You will be confident in using Microsoft packages.
  • You will be passionate about creating the best possible experience for our OTMs.
