Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our technology team to understand business requirements and define current and future state operating models.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of technology and operational impacts to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with change management planning and execution to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with our analysis function to develop and implement effective ways of working.
  • Prepare project materials and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, with a strong track record of working on strategic change and transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills to engage with SMEs and technology teams at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and define analysis activities and planning, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in Target Operating Model definition and Current/Future state process mapping, including workshop management.
