Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a care or support environment, ideally within a senior living setting.

  • A genuine passion for working with older adults and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
