Job Title: Team Leader, Children and Young People Service

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children and Young People Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
  2. Develop and implement effective team rotas to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  3. Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  4. Create a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  1. Must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  2. Minimum six months' experience in children's residential care, with a relevant Level 3 qualification desirable.
