Job Title: Residential Development Manager

The role of a Residential Development Manager at Emeria UK involves working as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met and providing support in various aspects of community living. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues promptly, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a high profile around the development to ensure residents are aware of community expectations.
  • Respond to emergencies by contacting the appropriate response team or authorities.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the building's safety and security, with a focus on keeping communal areas clean and well-maintained through effective contractor management.
  • Oversee all works completed, manage contractors, monitor progress, and sign off completion.
  • Support the Social Committee in planning and organizing social events for residents.
  • Built and maintain relationships with resident family members, local authorities, and partners.
  • Maintain records according to internal procedures, ensuring all data is protected and kept secure.
  • Assist with sales through Retirement Homesearch, welcome new residents, and help them settle in.
  • Collaborate with local peer teams of Development Managers for advice and support, attending team meetings as needed.
