Main Responsibilities
  • Work as a member of the clinical team, providing autonomous decision-making and clinical leadership.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with undifferentiated presentations, using professional judgment and expertise.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a high-quality, innovative service to the community.
  • Participate in clinical governance, clinical audit, and risk assessment, ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Requirements
  • Significant post-registration experience (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field, acute or primary care setting.

  • Leadership skills and experience.
  • 1st Level professional registration, Graduate degree with honors, Non-Medical prescribing qualification, and Evidence of advanced clinical examination & history taking qualification.
