Debt Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Administrator to join our client's finance team in Glasgow. As a Debt Administrator, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and building professional relationships to ensure timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and build professional relationships
  • Produce customer statements and track payment status
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve any issues or queries
  • Identify potential customers requiring litigation activity
  • Manage overdue funds and ensure timely collection
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
