Senior Electronic Security Systems Specialist

The Lead Electronic Control Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of electronic security systems, including intruder alarms, card access systems, CCTV systems, and commercial fire systems. A strong commitment to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction is expected.
Key Responsibilities:- Run cables and execute control panel termination.
- Install security devices and perform Central Station connections and system commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and conduct routine inspections and maintenance on security systems.
- Handle tasks related to telephones, audio-visual, and home automation/cabling.
- Comply with all company and client regulations while executing duties.
- Supervise staff to ensure timely task completion.
- Assist the sales/systems team with the design, sourcing, installation, and commissioning of security projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, customers, and staff.
- Ensure staff performance on-site and off-site, ensuring project completion within budget and timeline.
- Complete administrative tasks and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic security systems.
- A degree or certification in electronics or electrical engineering, with a focus on electronic security systems, is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of the company's electronic security system.
