Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our Milton Keynes office.
  • Prepare and clear meeting rooms, including organizing refreshments and ordering lunches.
  • Deliver high-quality work and service, reflective of business requirements and to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Organize, plan, and implement work to ensure timely delivery.
  • Accurately and effectively manage company filing and IT systems.
  • Ensure sufficient stationery supplies for our Milton Keynes office and other UK offices.
  • Assist with organizing client and staff functions.
  • Typing correspondence and producing reports in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and send monthly invoices using Fresh Projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
  • A driving license would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
  • Experience of Fresh Projects would be advantageous.
