Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our Milton Keynes office.
- Prepare and clear meeting rooms, including organizing refreshments and ordering lunches.
- Deliver high-quality work and service, reflective of business requirements and to maintain client satisfaction.
- Organize, plan, and implement work to ensure timely delivery.
- Accurately and effectively manage company filing and IT systems.
- Ensure sufficient stationery supplies for our Milton Keynes office and other UK offices.
- Assist with organizing client and staff functions.
- Typing correspondence and producing reports in line with our brand guidelines.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices using Fresh Projects.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- A driving license would be desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
- Experience of Fresh Projects would be advantageous.
