We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager to join our team at FRS Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business, including PA duties, office administration, and reception cover.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small business environment and be proficient in systems such as Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris. They will also be responsible for processing sales and purchase invoices, credit control, and dealing with supplier payments and statement reconciliations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Financial tasks, including processing invoices and credit control
  • Reception cover, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assisting the Financial Accountant with month-end routines
  • Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
  • Completion of VAT Returns
  • Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders

Skills:

  • Experience working in a small business environment
  • Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris
