About the Role:

As a Substance Use Support Worker at Turning Point, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to overcome addiction and achieve their recovery goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and develop tailored support plans.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,116 per year, rising to £29,383 per year after one year of service. Our total reward package includes 25 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days, plus bank holidays. Salary Information:

Our salary range for this role is £25,116 - £29,383 per year, depending on experience.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their individual needs
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to help clients achieve their recovery goals
  • Work closely with clinical staff around prescribing needs and partner agencies
