About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Bar Service: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our clients, ensuring a consistent and excellent customer experience.
  • Hot Food Service: Assist with the preparation and serving of hot food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
