Pay Rate: Up to £11.49 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week, 8am-11am, 5 days a week

Location: BAR+BLOCK Glasgow

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at BAR+BLOCK Glasgow. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Assist with taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
