We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management: Run our busy reception desk in a professional manner, prioritizing customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train the front office team to deliver exceptional service and maximize revenue.
  • Revenue Management: Implement strategies to minimize loss and optimize revenue within the department.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage all monies, floats, and accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Support other departments and participate in the Duty Manager Rota to ensure seamless operations.
  • Guest Services: Operationally assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and training teams.
  • Financial Management: Basic understanding of financial management principles and practices.
