Theatre Technician Role

Capital City College Group is seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to support the Performing and Visual Arts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and setting up events, as well as operating technical equipment.

About the Role:

The Theatre Technician will work closely with students and teachers to ensure the smooth operation of performances and events. This includes setting up and operating lighting, sound, and projection equipment, as well as maintaining the performing arts space.

About You:

  • Experience working with 16-19-year-olds.
  • Knowledge of theatre and music performance operations, including lighting and sound equipment.
  • Proficiency in software such as QLAB, Final Draft, and Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
