We are seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to join our team at Sadler's Wells. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable performances and shaping the technical identity of our theatre.

As a Theatre Technician, you will work closely with our artistic and production teams to deliver high-quality productions. Your expertise in technical theatre skills, including lighting, sound, and stage management, will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of our shows.

We are looking for a flexible and practical individual with excellent communication skills. Experience in running productions in professional theatre/venues is essential, and lighting and/or sound and AV skills would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing technical aspects of productions, including lighting, sound, and stage management
  • Collaborating with the production team to deliver high-quality productions
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting during rehearsals and performances
