Business Transformation Director Role

This is a new role for the business, vital to our future success. It will involve taking a deep dive into our operations, reviewing current processes and systems to make the business more efficient. As it's a new role, you will have the opportunity to shape the position to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct a thorough review of our business operations, identifying areas for improvement and growth across all functions.
  2. Develop and implement an operations strategy, providing recommendations on wider business strategy to support growth initiatives.
  3. Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency, such as streamlining manufacturing processes and sales cycles.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing organisation.
  2. Proven track record in business transformation and driving growth.
