Job Title: Commercial Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Executive to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Tesco, to ensure optimal product placement and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and NPD, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide analytical support to the commercial team, driving strategic direction for TCFG and our customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role, with a strong track record of business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
