About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Revenue Growth to join our team at Rightmove.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading our Commercial Finance Revenue team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in strategy, finance, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead our Commercial Finance Revenue team to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to shape and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and manage our pricing strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build dynamic financial models to evaluate revenue potential and forecast growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to create a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Proven experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and develop cases for growth opportunities.
  • Expertise in setting measurable goals and tracking progress.
  • A track record of excellence in leading change and problem-solving.
