Teacher Position for SEN Students

We are currently seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as a Special Needs Teacher.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and be committed to promoting creativity, respect, relationships, resilience, and responsibility.

**Job Description:**

Teach KS2 and KS3 students with varying abilities, developing and implementing individualized lesson plans to meet their needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the school's pastoral structures.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in relevant subject area
  • Experience working in KS2 or KS3 in a teaching role
  • Resilient and compassionate approach
  • Enhanced DBS

**Working Arrangements:**

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am start
  • Permanent contract from January 2025

This role offers a competitive pay scale (Fringe) of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum and ongoing professional development opportunities.
