Job Title: Housing Inclusion Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic strategy and policy lead to join our Housing Services team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

About the Role

As a principal policy adviser to the Director of Housing and management team, you will provide high-level advice to inform strategic decisions on the Council's goals, service delivery, and cost-effective use of resources.

You will have responsibility to ensure the Housing Strategy & Policy Change Programme is implemented linked to the Social Housing Act.

You will work with senior management to shape and develop the Strategy & Policy offer and be pivotal in the way the service delivers a challenging change programme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level advice to inform strategic decisions on the Council's goals, service delivery, and cost-effective use of resources.
  2. Ensure the Housing Strategy & Policy Change Programme is implemented linked to the Social Housing Act.
  3. Work with senior management to shape and develop the Strategy & Policy offer.
  4. Be pivotal in the way the service delivers a challenging change programme.
  5. Ensure residents are engaged and their voices are heard as part of the Strategy and Policy programme of work.
