About the Role

Crisis UK is a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing First Team Lead to join our team in London.

As a Housing First Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Housing First Coaches in providing open-ended, flexible, and intensive support to individuals who are multiply disadvantaged. You will take a person-led, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to support, empowering staff to work within a risk-aware but not risk-averse culture.

You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to build relationships and measure impact, ensuring our fidelity to the Housing First principles. Your experience in developing external and internal partnerships will be invaluable in gaining positive outcomes for our service users.

We're looking for someone with initiative, knowledge of Housing First and Housing Led approaches, and a passion for systems change in homelessness services. You'll have the ability to lead by example, inspire, and support a multi-disciplinary team working with complex and enduring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Housing First Coaches in providing support to individuals who are multiply disadvantaged
  • Take a person-led, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to support
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to build relationships and measure impact
  • Develop external and internal partnerships to gain positive outcomes for service users
