We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Vale Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
- Adhere to our values and beliefs, which emphasize enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring behavior.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
- Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient health and recovery.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Previous relevant experience and evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
- Excellent communication and manual therapy skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload effectively.
