We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Vale Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients, adhering to our values and beliefs, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.

Our Vale Hospital is a purpose-built, modern hospital located in the beautiful surroundings of the Vale of Glamorgan, offering 30 in-patient rooms and state-of-the-art facilities.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
- Adhere to our values and beliefs, encouraging behaviour that is enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
- Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient health and recovery.
We are looking for a candidate with a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Previous relevant experience is essential, and the ability to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development is highly desirable.
